I skate on a Roller Derby team and Bones Bearings Reds are the best for the money. They are inexpensive enough that you don't have to tediously clean them, you can skate hard on them, then replace them when needed. They do provide a smooth quality ride. I highly recommend them!

The moment you put these bearings on, you will feel the difference in speed and smoothness of your ride. They last a long time and well worth the money.

I've been using these on my Gravity Longboard and they are still performing well. I use them practically everyday. I gave a set to my friend and it performs much better than those cheap $10 bearings.
